KIRINZAN SAKE DINNER

Kirinzan sake has been crafted in Japan for more than 20 years. The Kirinzan brewery, located near Mt. Kirin, is known for its beauty, soft waters and even mythical creatures. Brew master Shuntaro Saito, seventh generation and the eldest son of the Saitos (the founding family of the Kirinzan Brewery), will be honoring Pubbelly with his presence and exotic array of sake. The collection will include: Junmai, Futsu-shu and Junmai Daiginjo.

Hosting a limited edition evening at Pubbelly, Saito will be collaborating with Chef José Mendin and Sushi Chef Yuki Ieto. The chefs and bar chefs will have the pleasure of experimenting and using the Kirinzan sake in both dishes and beverages. The exclusive evening will be sure to serve up a magical array of delicious flavors. Tickets are very limited.
